We prepare and lodge relevant documents, such as easements, restrictions, and Section 173 Agreements, via SPEAR, ensuring fast, transparent communication with the Responsible Authority.
   
   Once the Statement of Compliance is issued, we coordinate title registration with Land Use Victoria, finalise documentation for each purchaser, and prepare for settlement.
