Sale of Land Form

Your selling agent has likely asked you to engage a lawyer or conveyancer to prepare a Vendor Statement (Section 32) and proposed Contract of Sale of Land. This legally mandated document provides essential information to prospective purchasers, including details about title, zoning, rates, and any restrictions affecting the property, and we would be delighted to undertake this task for you.

We require quite detailed information from you in order for us to prepare these documents. The more information we have, the more likely we can ensure the Contract is binding.

It will likely take least 15 minutes to obtain this information from you, and maybe up to 45 minutes if you can't quickly source the relevant information/documentation. We can work through the questions with you in person or by phone during business hours (if this is your preference, please email or call us | property@wakefieldlawyers.com.au or 03 5623 5166), or you can complete our Vendor Statement Questionnaire Form in your own time by following the below “Start Vendor Statement Form” button.

If you decide mid-form that you would prefer that we work through these questions with you, simply click the 'Submit' button on the final page and we will be in touch during the next business day to fill in the blanks.
