Rachael Cuckson

Rachael joined Wakefield Lawyers in May 2026 and provides administrative support within the Wills and Estates team across the Drouin and Warragul offices.

With a background in hospitality spanning almost 14 years, as well as experience in the fitness industry after completing her personal training qualifications, Rachael brings strong people skills, organisation, and a warm, client-focused approach to her role.

‍

As an Estates Clerk, Rachael supports the Wills and Estates lawyers with estate administration, preparing documents and correspondence, managing files, and assisting with day-to-day administration. She also works closely with clients and other parties to help ensure matters are progressed efficiently while providing compassionate support during what can often be a difficult time.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys being involved in her local football and netball community, where she plays and coaches netball while supporting her husband and children. In the off season, she enjoys travelling in the family caravan, spending time at the beach, and making the most of summer with family and friends.
