Leah Coombs

Conveyancer

Leah Coombs began her journey with the firm in 2012, starting out on reception shortly after finishing Year 12 at Chairo Christian School the year prior. Her passion for helping clients and eagerness to learn saw her quickly progress to assistant roles—first with Anthony Gauci, and later with Sabina Wakefield. These experiences laid the foundation for Leah to begin managing her own conveyancing files, a role she has grown into with confidence and care.

As a Conveyancer, Leah assists clients with the buying and selling of residential and commercial property, related party transfers, stamp duty exemptions, and more, helping clients to navigate the paperwork and processes that come with these often-complex transactions. She is known for her calm and approachable nature and takes pride in ensuring every client feels supported and informed from start to finish. Leah’s clients often remark on how stress-free the process feels under her guidance—something she intentionally strives for.

Outside of work, Leah cherishes time spent with her partner Josh and their son Paddy. Whether at home or outdoors, family is at the heart of her world. She brings that same warmth and supportiveness to her clients, always happy to answer questions—no matter how big or small—and help them feel confident in the process.

Leah currently works as a conveyancer at our Warragul office, two days a week—Mondays and Fridays—job-sharing with colleague, Kylee Mumford.  Together, Leah and Kylee bring decades of experience to their clients, and both ensure that their clients are looked after well.

I love being able to support people through such an exciting time in their lives. My goal is to make the process feel smooth and stress-free—it should be something to enjoy, not something to dread!
