Emma Crosher

Emma Crosher is a Lawyer primarily working in Family Law, Commercial Law and Employment Law. After completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science at Monash University, Emma commenced her legal career with Wakefield Lawyers, initially working as a receptionist before becoming an assistant to the family law team and then a Trainee Lawyer. Emma was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in September 2026.

Emma has proven her skills in understanding the law and legal processes well. She is well organised and a great communicator, bringing a friendly and professional manner to her work with clients. Emma enjoys helping clients through difficult situations and values the opportunity to contribute to meaningful legal work.

Emma works from both the Drouin and Warragul office and enjoys being part of a team that supports clients across a range of legal matters.

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys Pilates, gardening, and immersing herself in books, audiobooks, and podcasts. Living in Gembrook, she appreciates the peaceful surroundings and the chance to unwind in nature.

Family Law can be overwhelming, and I love being able to help make the process feel a little less daunting for clients. Even the smallest support can make a big difference, and that’s something I really value in my role.
