Andy Bailey

Andy joined Wakefield Lawyers in 2026 and holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology. Andy primarily practises in Family Law, with experience across a range of other legal matters.

Based in the firm's Warragul office, Andy assists clients with Family Law matters including parenting matters, property settlements and Family Violence Intervention Orders. He also has experience assisting with Wills and Estates and general litigation matters. Andy takes a practical and client-focused approach, providing clear advice to help simplify the legal process and guide clients through what can often be a difficult or stressful time. He aims to achieve practical outcomes that help his clients move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys playing music, staying active and spending time outdoors. Now a local to Gippsland, he enjoys making the most of the local community and lifestyle.
