Amy Kettunen

Amy joined Wakefield Lawyers in August 2026 with several years’ experience as a family lawyer. Based in the firm's Warragul office, Amy assists clients with a range of Family Law matters, including divorce, Binding Financial Agreements, property settlements and parenting matters, as well as Intervention Orders.

Amy takes a practical and compassionate approach to family law matters, with a focus on achieving sensible and sustainable outcomes. In parenting matters, she places the best interests of children at the forefront of her advice and negotiations. Amy understands that separation and family law disputes can be some of the most challenging experiences in a person's life and strives to make the legal process as manageable and supportive as possible, helping clients move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Amy is a self-described foodie who enjoys discovering and sharing good food. She is a passionate AFL supporter and proudly supports Hawthorn. Amy also enjoys spending time with her dogs and getting lost in a good book.

I have always had a desire to help people, so being able to assist clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives is particularly rewarding. I strive to achieve practical outcomes that are in the best interests of everyone involved and enable my clients to move forward with confidence.
